Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Information collection is used to promote the quality and safety of rechor Products/Services. This includes maintaining, developing, and improving Products/Services as well as protecting the safety of the users of rechor Products/Services.

Websites:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on rechor.com and corresponding websites. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or otherwise distribute this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to place an order or send correspondence regarding your inquiry.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Products:

rechor Products may require account information (such as email address, IP address information, and name) from you in order to access the Product. If you have to create a username for a profile, unless otherwise noted, the username will be public. No other information collected is public and is only stored for authentication/safety purposes. This information may also be collected if the authentication method is considered anonymous.

rechor Products may display User Generated Content (UGC) — which is content generated by the end-user, such as yourself. This information submitted is stored for purposes of displaying the UGC for other users. An example of this would be posting a Thread for other users to read and reply to. The UGC submitted by you would be the Thread, while the UGC by other users would be the Replies. UGC data is stored with information relating to the user who generated the content, which may include username, email address, IP address, and time of submission of the UGC. This UGC is stored for a minimum of five (5) days.

rechor Products may facilitate one-on-one conversations with other users of the Product. The information sent via this method of communication is visible to both users within that conversation. Metadata about these messages are stored, along with the content, for the purpose of providing the content in accordance with how the Product is used (e.g., chat messages sent in a conversation are expected to be shown to the other user. The date/time of the message would be considered metadata about that conversation). IP addresses may also be stored for the safety of the users of the Product.

rechor Products may allow for a “Profile” page — which is completed by the end-user. This information is visible to other users of the Product. Any information that is private will be described as such within the Product.

If you purchase Services/Products from rechor, rechor will need to collect certain information from you in relation to serving those purchases. For advertisements, this may include your contact information and any information relating to the ad in which you wish to publish. For in-app purchases, your account information is provided in order to provide those in-app purchases to you.

TownSpout requires your location information in order for the application to work. This information is not stored. When you post a Thread/Reply, your general location (city), IP address, user identifier, content, and time are stored. Only the content you post is publicly viewable. To use TownSpout without registering, your location will still be used as if you were a registered user. As you cannot post User Generated Content (such as a Thread/Reply) as a non-registered user, the information collected during that process does not pertain to you.

Other:

If you choose to participate in other activities (such as questionnaires or surveys), we may collect certain data in relation to that (such as name or email address) for further contact, unless otherwise noted.

For rechor Products, if you delete your account, your User Generated Content may still be visible to other users in respect to how that User Generated Content was shared (e.g., a one-on-one conversation may remain visible to the other user of that conversation or a Thread posted may still exist after your account is deleted).

We may share your information in response to a legal request if rechor believes the request is required by any valid legal process. If the matter is deemed as an emergency, this data may be shared with a legal entity in order to prevent imminent and serious body harm.

rechor does not collect information about you from other sources.
